Here are some tips:
- Always wash your face and remove make-up before bed.
- Apply face cream with antioxidants, like vitamin C & E before going to bed.
- Sleep on your back to prevent wrinkles.
- If you have a hard time going to sleep listen to white noise.
- Don't watch TV right before bed.
- The temperature of your bedroom shouldn't be higher than 70F.
- Avoid caffeine
- Avoid alcohol
- Don't drink fluids withing 2 hours before bed.
- Take a hot bath before bed.
- Establish bedtime routine.
- Exercise every day (but not right before bed)
- Avoid large meals right before bed.
